If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and full refund, no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@trysooth.io with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please email us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Your Consumer Rights
Australian customers: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
New Zealand customers: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if our products fail to meet the required guarantees.
